Submissions

Abstract Submission is now open!

Abstracts can be submitted via the online form: https://www.eventclass.org/contxt_eaclipt2019/

Who can submit an abstract?

Abstracts can be submitted by professionals from across the world concerning all areas relevant for clinical psychology and psychological treatments. Each professional can apply as a first/presenting author for two types of contributions:

  1. Symposium
  2. Poster
  3. Single talk

More contributions as a co-author are possible. Early career scientists are also encouraged to submit an abstract.

Symposium application

If you would like to host a symposium at the conference, please submit an overarching abstract of the symposium that introduces the topic and briefly summarizes the individual presentations, written in English (max. 5000 characters). Symposia, lasting for 90 minutes, should include 4-5 individual presentations. Please also include the following information for each individual presentation: title, name of the authors/speaker as well as affiliation of the authors/speaker.

During the current application phase we do not collect abstracts of individual presentations. These individual abstracts can be submitted through the abstract submission platform after the acceptance of the symposium. You will be informed about this separately after the evaluation. Symposium submission deadline was 16 June, 2019. Approximately 2 weeks after this submission deadline you will be informed about acceptance of the symposium. After acceptance each presenter will be invited to submit the abstract of his/her presentation.

Poster application

The abstract for a poster should include a structured summary (introduction, methods, results, conclusions) of the research, written in English. It should not exceed 2000 letters (including spaces). Interests for an upgrade of the poster presentation to an oral presentation as well as interests in being selected for a poster award can be indicated during the submission process. Submission deadline is extended till 30 June, 2019.

Single talk application

To provide the possibility to present breaking news, abstracts for single talks (max 20 minutes) can be submitted now. The abstract for a single talk should include a structured summary (introduction, methods, results, conclusions) of the research, written in English. It should not exceed 2000 letters (including spaces). Submission deadline was 16 June, 2019.
